Terms of Service

Welcome to TrustVideoWorks! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website trustvideoworks.shop and the video production services provided by TrustVideoWorks.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
TrustVideoWorks offers professional video production services, including but not limited to corporate videos, marketing videos, event videography, and animated explainers. Specific project details, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Content Provision: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, information, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate project completion.
- Approvals: Clients must provide clear and timely approvals at various stages of the project as outlined in the project agreement. Delays in approval may impact project timelines.
- Rights & Clearances: Clients warrant that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content (e.g., logos, music, footage, scripts) provided to TrustVideoWorks for use in the video production. TrustVideoWorks is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules and methods will be detailed in the individual project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required upfront, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones or completion. All invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
5. Intellectual Property
- Client Content: Any content provided by the client remains the intellectual property of the client.
- TrustVideoWorks Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the final video deliverables. TrustVideoWorks retains the right to use portions of the final video for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Tools & Techniques: TrustVideoWorks retains all rights to the tools, techniques, and underlying methodologies used in the production process.
6. Revisions
The number of revision rounds will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TrustVideoWorks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period. Termination details and any applicable cancellation fees will be outlined in the project agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
